it's a shame that there's not some kind of law against vehicles that just sit in someone's yard and not being driven. I know some cities have that law - but it needs to be in the rural areas as well - that would definitely free up some of these classic/collector vehicles...or get the owner's ass in gear to fix 'em up and put them on the road some.

Those people own the vehicles, and can let them rot if that is what they choose.
It is a shame to let a rare/classic vehicle become a worthless pile, but, if I don't own it I really can't do anything about it.
I prefer the city/township/government keeping their nose out of my yard. and off of my property!:squint:
I live on 10 acres in a rural setting. When I built my house and barn they told me I couldn't store cars in the barn!
Couldn't have more than 3 licensed vehicles in the driveway.
Doesn' matter that it can't be seen from the road? BS:rant:
