Sy/Ty in winter

How does the Sy/Ty handle the cold in winter under normal driving no real boosting? Not talking snow driving, those nice but sub zero days Any unique concerns or problems in below 30 degree temps?

Re: Sy/Ty in winter

Never had a problem with mine, except the wide all season tires were useless on packed snow and black ice. Accelerating isn't the problem, it's stopping and turning that is. Dry roads I'd get into it, cold air does a turbo good!

deleting the crappy abs system helps the stopping in the snow / ice . and the very cold winter air is awesome for power / boost !

Re: Sy/Ty in winter

My Typhoon was unstoppable in the winter time. I was driving around many stuck SUVS including, mercedes, bmw, HUMMER, and SUBARU. Granted the people in my area are high upper middle class and dont know how to drive, but still. The typhoon runs great in the winter, just get some good beam wiper blades like bosch icons, and some good all seasons like some yokohamas or something and youll be fine. Having an ABS delete helps, and some bears or upgraded brakes.
