I joined this site last year, I have used it for info on this engine and found it to be very hard to maintain but i dont regret the swap.
I enjoy every minute i have to work on it, And it is and it seems it will be allways a work in progress.

Anyway some people have requested pics, Sorry it has taken so long to provide.
I have read on this site that only a 700r4 out of the truck will work with this engine,
I'll vouch for statement, I have replaced one allready and im rebuilding on now.
It didn't last very long.

Looks like a nice fit. What does it run? When did you do the swap? Where / how did you find the transplant?

Looks like it's powered by Budwiser! :)

Cool swap... I've done two Turbo Buick engine's into 82-92 F-bodys with great success. The white Camaro that I built for a customer was running 10.92@123 on pump gas through the mufflers on a DOT tire. Leaving on the foot brake with 6psi it went a 1.48 60'. He took the Buick engine out to put into his good GN. I bought the Camaro off him and am in the process of putting in my own GN engine.

I think the Syclone Swap is very unique... Cool!!!
Good luck with it!
