Saw a Syclone today driving on Sepulveda in Manhattan Beach, CA with Colorado plates. Anyone on here?

Saw the same truck again in Redondo beach this time. If i was in my car i probly would have stopped and left at note, but i assume even though it has a Colorado plate it is living here now. Looks like a really clean stock truck. I would like to meet the owner
