Red tyclone
I have a 93 s10 blazer and a complete syty 4.3 that needs redone. Do you guys think I should do, buy a 5.3 vortex and make it a LS1 or redo the 4.3 turbo. Right now the blazer has a CPI 4.3, auto and its 2wd.

I can't imagine a bum syty motor selling for enough to buy a Ls motor .
Realistically , your budget should clear the path to this answer . Have you sat down and figured out what types of goals you want for the truck in regards to speed desired ? Are you able to do a complete swap and re-wire yourself ? Potentially with standard setbacks , you could be down for a month .
Hopefully this isn't your daily driver ? At a minimum you will spend lots of money , create lots of headaches , and be without an s10 to drive for weeks .
Sorry put on a LS1 intake and heads
Why? You're better off with the 5.3 stuff. The LS1 heads have larger combustion chambers which will give lower compression and the intake doesn't flow well enough to bother with it. A nice set of heads, a cam, and a good tune would probably do you wonders.
