EDIT:

Due to lack of orders, this GP has been put on hold until this fall.

This fall, I will front the money for a set amount of shirts in various sizes. Hopefully with the aid of my wife's grandmother's computerized embroidery machine, custom embroidery won't be an issue. They will be offered on a first come, first served basis.

To those of you who showed interest already and emailed me/posted here during the GP, consider yourselves first in line. I will special order the sizes/shirts you requested so you will be guaranteed a shirt this fall.

Sorry for the wait, but I want to keep prices down for all of us. :tup:

I'll be responding to the email's I've gotten today. I had to get some more shipping envelopes like I used last time to weigh my shirt and figure shipping. I should get back to you guys tonight with payment info.

An Update:

For everyone who has responded here and by email, thanks for reading directions! :thumbsup:

Sorry I haven't gotten any prices back to you. Due to less interest, I will be waiting until Sunday when the GP closes to see how many shirts were ordered in total. That affects the base price - more shirts = less per shirt. So please be patient and I'll be getting you total cost on Sunday.

As a side note, depending on interest, if there's not enough orders to make this worthwile for everyone, I may put this on hold until after nationals. My wife informed me that her grandmother has a computerized embroidery machine... Custom embroidery for much much cheaper anyone?

So, if interest isn't very high by Sunday, this may be done differently, but I'll keep everyone informed as things change or don't change.

we're at a whopping five. I think the "pay up front" is scary too.

I lost a lot of money last time, so I'm hesitant to pay for the shirts myself, then sell them this time. but like i said, if we don't get enough pre orders, I'll seek other ways to do this.

I was just about to post. Unfortunately, no, not enough people are in. I could go ahead with it, but shirts would start at $40.00/each instead of $31.00 like I was hoping.

So no, the GP will be put on hold until this fall, when I'll reorganize it.

This fall, I will order a set number of shirts instead of taking pre-orders. Then it will be first come, first serve, and I'll be able to offer cheaper custom embroidery as well.

To all who responded, I apologize for putting this on hold, but consider yourselves first in line for when the GP picks up again this fall. :tup: I'll be emailing all of you with details.

Yeah. 2 years ago when I paid for things up front, it cost me $690. I think i ended up eating about $200 of that after lowering prices just to get the shirts sold. :rant:

Oh well, I've got a plan for September and like I said, you that were kind enough to post and email me are at the top of the list. :thumbsup:

I was interested until the Ty shirt ended up looking liek a tuxedo.
Seriously, find some more appealing shirts and I will take one.

How about a mechanics style instead of bowling style?
Have a patch on the chest pocket with everyones name...
Embroider the truck # in the sleeve.
