That hotel is 5 minutes from my house. I might be able to accommodate for Thursday night. Also, I'm available to pick up those who fly in as well. This is closer to the airport than my house.

So basically when the cops show up to shut us down (cause we usually do have them show up) we are moving the party to your house correct?

We (my family) used to be chicken farmers (I know, chickens don't seem like a "crop" but 82,000 every 8 weeks is a crop to us), but we decided to get out of that a couple of years ago (they mandated upgrades to the houses that would've cost $875,000 per house and we have 3 houses). Now we lease most of our farm land (just over 1,000 acres) to a friend who does cotton/peanuts/soybeans. We have a couple of hundred acres set aside to cut hay (Alisha hybrid) that we sell to the public as well as keep for ourselves (we have horses and cows).

Group rate applies until the day of the event. Though I told her I would notify her of the need for additional rooms by End of September.....so let's say September 30th.

I put in for that Friday off of work so I plan on going if nothing comes up.
I'm a big procrastinator and usually don't make plans too far in advance.
