Teal SGT in charlotte

I actually saw a teal SGT coming down McDowell to the light right before 12th street today around 2pm or so, anyone here, looked to be in good shape, had a handicap sticker hanging from the rear view.

me either, that was the first teal anything for me and I hated it, thats why I kept staring.
