This hose. Help please.

Anybody know where this goes? Driver side, behind power steering pump to ??
Hadn't seen that until after I started driving the truck. Engine idling, doesn't have any vacuum to it.

So, just secure up top? It's pretty dry and resembled the transfER case hose from when I replaced the transmission.

It fastens up by the oil filter housing on the inside of the fender (driver side). There is a black clasp looking thing some where up around there. Basically it just does a gradual J bend.

Both Transfer case/trans and Front diff have them. They are alike but not the same ones..
