Tuneup update

Just poking along since this is my first time workin’ on the Sy and I’d swear that this is the first time the wheelwells (wheelhouses in GM parlance) have been off. Either that or it’s been a very long time.

I have some records from the previous owner and the only thing ignition wise is a cap and rotor replacement. My bet is if these aren’t the original plugs they’re quite old at best. Interestingly they look almost new. If you ask me (I'm old school, remember) I’d say the engine is running lean so any thoughts here would be appreciated. I'll attempt a photo.

I’m probably going to order Black Beauty wires. Although a low priority are they any noisier in the radio? I already have some noise so I’m curious as to radio noise vs. performance in wire sets

I use the Taylor Spiro Pro from Summit with no radio noise whtsoever.
Have used the ATR with no noise as well.

Although I prefer to listen to the turbo spool up than the radio anyday.
