Turbo/ AWD 95-96 Sonoma....?

Does anyone know what happened to that nice-looking 95-96 extended cab Sonoma that was 4x4 converted to AWD, with a turbo on the 4.3 Vortec? I remember seeing it for sale but now I can't find it anymore. Any ideas? I think it was under "Bushwacker's Sonoma" if that helps at all. Thanks

Guys screen name was davecalidad. I have a PM from him way back when he was selling this truck.

I got a little miffed with the "community" when NOBODY even jumped on the deal. Finally Chad Milam was all ready to buy it, "was going directly to his bank" and never bothered to even call and say the deal was off.

I finally said SCREW it and rebuilt a real nice engine for it and I'm putting it BACK together. I have over $25,000 into the truck as it stands NOW and that's in COST of components not including my LABOR.

It's hard to really say what my EXACT plans are at the moment. I'm tired of the tire kickers who want to compare this thing against their hi-mileage, starting to rust Grand National or SYTY, that has a stock drivetrain in it! It's just stupid. I'd like to see the average guy EVEN build one of these. I hate to sound arrogant but.. there's TONS of engineering in this truck, between driveshafts, wiring, parts bin engineering, rear sway bar fabrication, battery boxes, all of it!

You having done your own swap know what I mean.? (end quote)

Thanks leadfoot-sorry, havent been on in a while. I thought it was a real sweet deal at around 14k, just had to wait for a guy with the same tastes. I would have picked it up in a heartbeat, but got into a 1/2 ton shortbed with a 406ci about a month before that.
If you could, if you had any of his info or email, let me know. Im still a little interested.
