Ty with problems HELP

I have a friend that is having problems with his Ty running poorly.
Ok here is the lowdown It has a Ultimate 3bar and 3 bar MAP. When you put in the chip and map sensor Truck runs fine fo about a day then will run poorly and barely at all. Switch it back to the stock chip and map instead of the ppiggyback 3 bar and map Truck will run fine again for about a day or so. I think it is a bad map sensor but to have 2 bad map sensors. I am looking for any input that anyone may have so I can help get this problem solved.

I had the same problem, when i put the ultimate in along with the map sensor and the fuel pump the truck didnt run right. It would basically run in safe mode, and not build much boost at all. Then we changed the o2 sensor, turns out that was goin bad as well. well, long story short, I bought a used comp off of here fir a pretty good price, and I am gonna try and see if that works, I already tested the wires to see if they were cut. It turns out this whole problem was way occuring way before I put the chip in it, I had a manual boost controll so I bypassed the solenoid system. When I take the chip out and put the other back in, it runs right.
