Typhoon mentioned on NJ 101.5 radio

On the way home from work today at 2:45 I was listening to 101.5 and the topic of discussion was how fast have you driven in a car or on a motorcycle. Well I did not catch the guys name but someone called and said they did 145mph in a GMC Typhoon. The radio guy sounded confused and said "A GMC Typhoon?" Then the caller says "Yeah its a supercharged S-10" FAIL! Then they went onto the next caller. Its a NJ based radio station so I would assume the caller was from the Jersey/PA area.

101.5 sucks. It does not surprise me that the douchenozzle hosting the show doesn't know what a Typhoon is, you could have called and said "Corvette" and he would have been clueless. The toolbags associated with that station probably all drive Forrester's and Prius's.

The caller not knowing WTF he was talking about doesn't surprise me either, because anyone who listens to the show AND actually gives to shits enough to call in and talk to them, probably now owns a Prius or a Forrester.
