Typhoons in SE PA

While driving around 2 weeks ago I noticed a black Ty in front of a garage on Schoolhouse Road in Pottstown, talked to my friend who lives nearby and he said the truck is always sitting there, truck looks stock.

Last week while driving down Lower State Road in the Horsham area I saw what appeared to be another black Ty sitting behind a barn/garage so I turned around to confirm and realized that this guy has 3 black Tys. Two of them look fairly stock while the third has a cowl induction hood and aftermarket wheels. These trucks are all parked around a pretty big garage/barn type building, so he might have more stuff indoors.

If it is still nice on Sunday I am going to drive my Ty over to both of these places and try to meet the owners, they aren't any trucks I recognized from here.

Bill,

Give me a call if you end up going to the Horsham site...if it's nice I throw the kids in the Ty and meet you up there. Not too far from me. Is the house near 309?

I lived in Towamencin (fancy word for "West Landsdale") when we moved back from L.A. (2001) Talk about culture shock.

I'm 15 min from Pottstown,and never saw a black Ty up there,maybe it's a new owner?

Re: Typhoons in SE PA

Well it looks like I will be spending the day with my girlfriend doing non-Ty stuff (last 3 days were all about the Ty--being at englishtown and getting ready for it) so I probably won't be able to check these out.

I do want to see your new truck though Steve, where in the area do you live?

Ambler/Blue Bell area. (exact location is top secret. ;) )

If the weather holds, I might go to the Blue Bell/Norristown cruise night (every sunday) tonight at the Dunkin' Donuts at Germantown Pike and 202 (across from Ray's Diner).

Any more on these ty's off Lowers State Road. Can you be a bit more specific? I live in Perkasie and work in Warminster so that's in between. I do know the owner of the speed shop off Horsham Rd (at 611), what's the name of that place???? has a black worked Ty.

I haven't been able to stop by yet, the Ty you are talking about is John's wife's daily driver, I've talked to her a couple of times. And the shop is called BP speed.
