Stab it and steer it
Suspecting a leak I concocted a way to pressure test the upper IC. It leaks a little air around the large plug but I didn't care. I wanted to be sure there was no air coming out the water ports. Which there wasn't. 1/4 plywood in case you're wondering. I put 20# into it using my cyl leak-down kit.
