V8 swap with AWD??

Has anyone in here attempted a v8 swap into there sy/ty? Is it the same as a v8 swap into a 4wd S-series? Can anyone tell me what is needed (if anything) that is differnet from a 4wd swap to an AWD swap?? I dont have a sy/ty, I have a 94 Bravada, but I'm thinking about a v8 swap sometime in the next year and I figured I'd go to the authority on AWD s-series vehicles and ask here.. Thanks everyone

Check out www.jagsthatrun.com and it will have all the necessary info to swap a V* into a S-series truck. I bought the manual for the conversion, and there is a syclone in there with a V8. Very informative, however I agree a SyTy motor would deliver much more satisfaction.

410 cubic in Blown 6-71 Typhoon will be at the nats. Also the BB Typhoon is in the Chicagoland Area.
