How hard or expensive to do a Valve Guide job? Smoking on start up but its not a head gasket... 0X

You prolly dont need guides just seals. To replace the guides the heads have to come off but just doing seals only requires removal of the valve covers and valve springs. I can do a syty in a couple of hours but if you've never replaced valve seals then it'll take quite a bit longer.
