Was original1992 Typhoon Cladding Painted?

Did the 1992 Black/Black Typhoons have the cladding painted from the factory? Or did they come matte black like the Syclone?

All cladding is painted. None of them are taken out of the mold and installed.

personally i love the look the look of a black ty with flat black cladding with red decals. thats just me...
