wastegate adjustment?

can someone give me a measurement of where to set the wasegate on for stock boost? And tell me what points you used to measure from?

I believe the service manual says you should have 7/8 overlap on the two holes.

I have the rod screwed in as far as it can go, I have tested it at different lengths and this put me right at 15#
