Took the Dupont paint codes to get paint for interior refresh. The codes are a total waste. Wayyyyy offf even using duponts interior base. They even looked into the book. They said that SEM does more interior paints than Dupont now. They custom mixed from sample pieces and were almost spot on.
Pricey, but wasn't much more for custom mix.

I've used SEM Midnight Black 17013 to paint interior pieces with an almost perfect match.

Finished up the chassis update: Belltech leaves, Belltech Keys, PST Polygraphite bushings (control arms, front and rear sway bar), all tie rod ends (including the solid adjuster sleeve), and idler arm, QA1 adjustable shocks, Braided stainless brake lines, 7/8" wheel cylinders, Drilled/Slotted rotors, and EBC Red-Stuff pads, removed the leveling system. Took it off the pedestals, admired the new stance, test drove, and had a couple beers. Nice seeing it on the wheels after a month on the pedestals.

Test Drive: WOW! Coupled with the ZQ8 box and Astro steering shaft, it is a totally different drive. Gotta take it in for some tweaking on the alignment and camber, but it is pretty close as is.

Unfortunately while spending time under it I noticed the old ATR exhaust is FUBAR, so I have an RPM exhaust on the way.

Are your QA1's the coilover setup? I was under the impression you could delete and get rid of the keys and torsion bars if you went with the coilovers.

Upper and lower ball joints replaced and notched the upper arms to keep from chewing up the rims. Noticed the power steering pump has a huge leak due to the bearing being wiped out. Pretty much doesn't hold fluid when filled. just runs out onto the crossover.

The QA1s are just their adjustable shocks. I wanted to keep the suspension in stock configuration.

Finished buttoning up the engine bay after I got all the pieces to the A/C system, just installed RPM's intake, need to finish the wiring on the gauges (Wideband, coolant) change the temp sensor for the stock gauge, get a new brake booster grommet, fill with coolant then fire it up,

Changes so far;
New gaskets all around (intake mani, upper/lower plenum, TB all,)
New vacuum lines
Stock injectors, with rebuild kit (change from 30#)
New fuel filter
New O2 sensor
New custom DP 2.5" mandrel
New Cat
New muffler
Returned to stock fan system

I have a new TurboTweak chip to go in, will put that in later once I pass emissions

Fabbed the aluminum brackets for the new, much larger intercooler. Will bolt up to the bottom of the frame, like a stock one. Off to the welder tomorrow, being I suck at aluminum welding
