When will the IC pump run?

8) Can anyone tell me when the ic pump will
run does it get a command from the ecu ? Is there a way to get it to run every time you start the engine .

Doesn't the stock chip turn the ic pump on at like 200* or something silly like that? That's stupid, why did they even put a ic system on the truck if it wasnt going to turn on until the motor whas crazy hot. I swear GM has some odd people behind the desk.

Just put you a manual switch in so you can turn the pump on and off whenever the ignition is on. Not hard to do at all.

dont waste time on a switch... you'll end up forgetting to turn it on/off


and easier solution is to hotwire the pump so when the key is turned, the pump runs. this makes for easier maintanence when having to fill up the IC system and getting out air bubbles.
