Now I know all serivice manuals are not created equally (chiltons comes to mind). I would not mind haveing more than one kind. I need one badly. My ignorant posts will drive people off the wall. I try to search as much as I can, but lots of times I come up with everything except what I am looking for. I have had good luck with www.helminc.com manuals. Does anyone have a suggestions? Anyone happen to have a link or know of a factory one for sale?

seriously, buy the bravada book, 99%+ of the entire book applies to the syclone/typhoon
i have a 92 bravada, and a 91 sy, and i cant believe how usefull it is. once you get it, and look at the content, youll throw the haynes/chilton in the trash.......there a joke compared to this!

opie still sells the Hayes (GM) SyTy manuals on CD-Rom.
I helped with a lot of the developments in the PDf docs themselves.
LOTS of hours in there making it easy to navigate and browse.

www.helminc.com is who actually publishes GM service manuals. You can buy them from them, my only complaint with my Corvette manual was the GM service wiring diagrams were in color and helms were not.
Edit: I reread your post and noticed you mention hlminc. The complete $135 one is set you want from helms. I have found the SyTy information in GM manual to be all over the place in each of the different manuals.
