wiper blades

wasnt sure if this correct place to post wiper issue.

but my problem when i turn on the wipers they get halveway, but you can hear the motor on?

do i need to adjust it or something? any body have ideas that i can try?

Ironically, Im having the same issue on my S-15. Wipers quit during a snow storm, replaced the motor, now dead in the middle of the windshield. Interested in a fix....BUMP!

I'm pretty sure theres a parking mechanism that is part of the trans piece the bolts to the motor, if you look at you should be able to see the broken "nipple" on it

hmm going to have look at it again then....
