Wrapping the exhaust? Any problems?

I wouldn't do it.

Oils will burn and ignite much easier once they have dripped on header wrap. Search syty.org for a post from a long time ago - a member got to watch his truck burn up due to this issue.

you cant blame the header wrap if the owner doesnt fix his oil leaks.

I have mixed feelings. I remember the burnt Sy episode. The tranny cooler line failed and doused the wrap on his downpipe. It wasn't a long-term leak he ignored. He couldn't put it out. So, just be aware the potential is there, and make your decisions accordingly.

I have also heard about many episodes of headers failing when wrapped.

On the other hand, I plan on wrapping my (stock manifold) system sometime in the future. My prior Ty was wrapped, and it made a heck of a difference.

Could always have em Jet-Hot coated.
Had alot of parts (almost whole motor) done on my race truck and the street legal one in my sig. never any problems...

I didn't wrap my manifolds, but did the DP past the starter and i can notice a huge difference in under-hood temps. I guess i should start carrying a fire exstinguisher...naw it adds weight :D

Be sure to buy the silicone sealant spray for the stuff... helps keep things from soaking in. (where fire becomes a real hazzard)

Been using it on my sy for a while now, turbo back. Will either wrap the headers or go with a coating sometime in the future.
