done, we will do that to. if it rains you going to have your other terd out of there so we have room in the garage?
Yeah, thats the plan. I'll probably work on it in the garage reguardless of what the weather does. I'd rather leave the Ty outside than the Sy.

Hey now!! We tore the shit outta the Ty last year and was driving it by the end of the day! (and getting pulled over in the process) ;) I doubt i'll get to the turbo though. I think i'd like to do the AC delete on the Sy as well and i'll do the turbo then.

Do you have the A/C delete stuff??
I have another non ac heater box, but it needs some serious tlc first. Plus I still have that awesome looking ac delete pulley that I got from you (the sweet teal one) that I could use temporarily until I get the parts needed to make it look like the Ty. So yes, technically I do have the parts needed to do it.

I just looked at the weather too, looks like sunny and low 50's so far! Keeping fingers crossed!

Just a couple days away!! I fired the truck up the other day and it was purrring like a kitten! I'll be grabbing some burgers pop and chips tonight. (prob a case of beer for anyone interested too) Weather still says sunny and low 50's for Sat which isn't too bad. I have a quad and little 50 dirtbike if anyone feels like gettin muddy!!:rotf: I know AJ wants to throw some mud! Hope to see a few of you guys show up, it should be a good time!

Sad part is I doubt any syty's will be there!! (besides my 2) Seems like everybody's trucks are down at the moment. My dad will be there with his GN though!

Good news good news!!! :D So today was the first day I actually jacked up the front end of the Sy since I did a boost launch a year and a half ago, and while building boost, broke something. First thing that came to mind was the propshaft since I knew it was on its way out. I kinda leaned underneath it that day and felt the propshaft, felt fine. I saw some fluid on the diff and the bottom bracket that looked out of place for some reason, and jumped to the conclusion that it was the diff. NOT THE CASE!! It was my drivers side half shaft that took a shit on me! I could spin the front wheel and just the part by the tire and the shaft spin, not the part bolted to the diff! I go to the passenger side and spin that tire, it spins all the way through the diff!! Phew!! What pisses me off is when I rebuilt my front end 2 years ago (ball joints, tie rod ends, half shafts), I replaced the half shafts with good used ones. USED!! I shouldn't have done that but i'm cheap, so its my own fault.

So the work now for the weekend just got a whole lot easier now! Half shaft replacement and if we're feeling up to it, maybe tackle the turbo upgrade!
