I have one that I replaced in my Ty when I saw a lot of slop in the driveline, & thought the chain was loose.
After I pulled it I found that it was in perfect condition, and the slop was in the tranny.
The only prices I've seen for them ranged from $450 to $650 (& a 'new' one for $995).
What do you think?

I don't know if it is the original T-case, looks like it might have been replace by prior owner
truck had 110,000 mi on odometer
