Re: new injectors I did the same. Removed the upper IC and removed the bolts for the fuel rails. Be sure to re install the little clips on each injector.

Re: Typhoon Prototype? I know its been for sale on ebay before. It was very rusty at one point and has been repaired. It was a test mule and like the other test mules it was beat on and then released to the public. It was in the custom restore collection at one point.

Re: Turbo/boost question Well I don't know how you're going to find your problem without pulling out some test tools. Seems pretty foolish to not do some preliminary testing. Sounds like you've been driving it too to try and get the turbo to spool so those bearings have been taking a beating...

Re: Tachometer recalibration information I know this was also a problem for the G body cars. Specifically the Pontiacs. My mothers grand Prix had to go in to be recalibrated twice. My 2+2 was also way off but I never ended up fixing it. Maybe looking at the G body v8 tach will yield the correct...

Re: Turbo/boost question Better way to test the cat is to get it up to operating temperature and then measure the pre and post temperatures with an infra red thermometer. Should be about 100 degrees higher post cat for a functioning one.

Re: Strange Clunk in Ty Transmission tailshaft plug. Should sell them at the parts store. Alternatively you could possibly only jack the rear of the vehicle up high enough to keep all the fluid in?
