Since i only owned modded syty's (bought them all broken), and only worked on stockers i thought it was time to get a stock one.
Bought it kinda broken as well (no run) with alot of rust around the wheel arches, but with only 32k miles and it looking brandnew on the inside i felt the need to do...
it was time to scan my newly build ty, ofcourse couldnt find the charger for my old notebook, and i gave it a try on my new asus tablet with docking station and windows 8.
well i got the thing to work right woth the moates, wich i think was alot more than i could ask for.

On the last day of 2014, the year almost couldn't posssibly have ended as bad as I thought it did. I took the Sy out for a spin and after a nice WOT run, the engine sounded like crap like a dead cylinder.
Today I found the problem; a bent pushrod. (Hope that's all).

like the tilte says, i'm in europe and can only receive 2 stations because the radio is locked on 88.7-88.9-90.1 etc...
is there someway to get the radio to read all?

i've been searching for ever to find me some part numbers for the rear bumpstops.
can any provide me those?
Also i've seen there are some new style bumpstops that dont BANG at impact, anyone upgraded to one of these?
since my ty had a full body off resto we found out the rear windows/glass was glued in with the stuff that remains a bit flexible. unlike the glue that is used on the front windshield.
is there a reason for this and what should we use?

body guy broke front window, and after finding out my replacement fender didnt have the hole cut for an antenna after paint might as well see if this is avail.

Where as i checked the one for the fronts is : 3/8' x 24unf? the bigger one i couldnt check because i don't have that size laying around.

my external wastegate got stuck somehow, so i took it apart and cleaned it. hope it will not happen again.
Anyway, i made myselve some gaskets but they are not thick enough:rant:. does anybody know what gaskets these are?

* braided fuel lines.
* ABS delete kit
* Fuel sending unit.
* wbo 2 setup.
* zq8 steering box.
* vortec valvecovers.
* suspension rubbers.
* body mounts.
* anything you need during a full body off...
Getting ready to buy some parts for the body off resto ty.
Now i was looking at ebay, and the Walbro FP from china are being offered for $49 compared to $119 in the usa.
Does anyone has feedback on those? is it the same pump...

After finnaly solving my false knock issue, it developed a different problem.
Anyways i was swapping the ECMs around with and the eeproms, and found a ''label'' of kennebell inside the ECM. after that i looked at the eeprom and it did not have an A Delco tag.
i\m now chasing another problem...
i have like 4 manuals and they all pin out the ESC module being in the Dist.
Found some info on here that the Wire from the knocksensor goes directly to ECM?

well, was thinking about this for a few weeks back, and today i found my time stamp/ and was wondering.....am i wasting time on the 1/4 mile because my TC won't lock up WOT? or should i not worry about it, and hit 10's easily with better traction next time?
