Here's what happened

Because I'm a busy mofo is why I haven't been responding... Myty has some balls to make a blind callout like that so much respect. Honestly as you can see my car will ****... So an easy two Hundo would be cool but it really doesn't matter all that much to me. I never tried to act like i'm the king shit fastest car out there definitaly not... Your truck is decent and it's not about shutting you up because I don't believe your posted kills just some of them are hardly races and makes it seem like there isn't a car worth a **** around here when I know quite a few close to as fast as mine has been and even faster... We have a good variety of quick cars to give you some races here. And driving around trying to race whatever I come across isn't my style but I won't say shit about you anymore since you have been pretty decent. It's been a hell of a long day and getting out early isn't an option for me or safe. So I stop talking trash and you keep on trucking and your money, lol. Be cool to see it after you get the motor back and turbo!

OK, I may have ****ed this up. I admit it publicly. As I posted last night, I didn't want to be out all night since we are doing my daughters bday party this morning. I really wanted to be home by 10 or 11. I waited to race Steve at Bestbuy, we were there until 11:15, we had waited there for at least an hour and a half and I was freezing my ass off (I know maybe I'm a puss but I ****ing hate being cold) we went and drove around for a little bit and then Steve called me and said they were on their way to the old airport. Forgive my ignorance but I thought when he said "we are on our way" that that meant Chris too. I should have asked. I should not have assumed. So when we all met up there, I saw he wasn't with them, since I have no way to contact Chris other than here, I put a post up saying where I was. After I raced Steve, I told him that if he happened to show up at the airport that before I got home I would turn around and go back. I got a call at about 1am from Steve saying they were at BB. I was in bed like the old man I am.

So in short, I admit, I screwed up. I sent Chris a PM this morning asking for his # so we can maybe organize this a little better as far as scheduling goes. I made the call out and didn't hear a word until yesterday on what was going to happen. So I went ahead and figured it wasn't going to happen. I should have just skipped out on Steve (no offense Steve) and met up at BB at 12. But again, I made an assumption, forgive me, I don't know you guys or how you operate. Once I talk with Chris on the phone I am sure we can work out a solid plan.

Yeah, I ****ed it up. Thought these guys were talking to each other all night, this is what I get for thinking. I should have asked and made sure.

Though I avoid posting on here, this thread has compelled me to reply. I for one have had lots of work done to my truck by Mike, and have known him for many years. Hes not a kid, and does not lie on a freaking board about races. All it takes is 1 ride in his truck to make you a believer. I can attest to the monsterous top end in his truck. The closest vehicle I have ever ridden in making that kind of power would be a Saleen S281 with twin 48mm turbos, a terminator is no competitor for this stang. I too have raced one of these terminators, at that time my truck ran a 13.6 at 5280+ ft, and I left him crying at the light. My truck by no means is a super fast ride, howeverr these terminators require quite a few bolt ons to really be fast. (they dont hook very well either). Thanks for the entertainment Mike, untill I put that 4L80e in, I live vicariously through your races.

Is it a v8 swapped rx7 or something? Pretty sure the rx7 doesn't have cly lol, its a rotary engine. Not sure what is is called but they do have combustion chambers although the piston if thats what you want to call it rotates around. I dont think a rx7 has more cubes either. What are they like a 1.8L stock.

Nevermind I saw its a ls1 with the bottle but still they are not that fast and if the rx7 is on street tires then it's not going anywhere from a dig. V8 swap rx7's are nose heavy like hell and just dont put the power down that good esp on street tires plus its just a ls1 lol, maybe worry more if it was a ls2 or ls7.

i don't know terminators, but i had a 5.0 twin turbo incon gt35's blah blah blah AEM running 14psi of boost, and it was fast. but i think without being preppared to get raped you just bite dust on street tires and a bad take off. it should be a solid 11's car on the track but on the street a 12-low 13 truck will beat that from the line.
it's not that easy to get the power down at once like syty's can.

and than you still got the build of the truck, mine spools up real quick even from a roll i killed a few turbo 911's

I really shouldn't say much about the RX7 because it has been a long time since I have seen it. I'll say I have blanket information at best. He runs an LSX, 2-300 shot, I know it's at least 200, I know he has some nice big slicks(at least last time I saw it anyway) and he runs 10.5 or 10.8 @ PMI (track in Pueblo). I'm keeping my mouth shut for right now about this guy until I get my turbo fixed. Even then, I am just going to go find them and try to race them on the spot, no call out no internet, just me him and the camera. I have no doubt he can beat me, just want to prove racing a full race doesn't bother me and that I don't only race slow cars.

After talking to PTE today, it looks like I would need to run the 67gtq at 28-30psi to pull off 600whp. That would get me what, low 11's? I could compete at that level I think. I am also going to give e85 a shot. I'd like to pick this up again in the next few months.

BTW, the car I raced was a 07 08ish Charger SRT8. I will not speak for his car since I don't remember exactly what was done. He said he was off the bottle, had hoosier slicks, something a bout a cam, tune and some other shit. He was a pretty cool guy. We raced back in 05 in his Mustang with no spray. The video is in my old vid thread I made a few years ago. I raced him a full 1/4 and had him by about 6 cars. I got it on tape too From now on I don't think I am going to post any more races unless I have tape.

Your info is wrong. I went 10.83 in '09 on a 100% stock LS1 with a 150 shot. Never seen more nitrous then that. Its now a built engine, cam, heads,more compression, headers, blah blah blah.. Only on a 100shot so far should be a bit quicker then stock with the 150hit. yes I will probably go up to a 250 and shoot for 9's if the stock 4l60e and stock rear diff hold up. 10.5 ET streets are not huge slicks.

Yeah like I said, I had blanket information at best. In other words, I can name some parts you have and that's about it. Admit this though, on that little RX7, those tires look pretty big in the back:lol: And like I said, I haven't seen the car in a while and have never seen it up close or with the hood up.

weren't rx7's around 2700-2800lbs? 300rwhp in that light of a car plus a 150shot, high 10's.
