What kind of pump is everone running? I want to keep my stock sending unit so I'm looking for a stock style pump. Is the Walbro 255L/H model the only one out there? If thats the case wheres the best place to get one?

Re: 4L60E Question My mistake. I figured that since the s series went to the 4L60E in 93 the typhoon did too. How do people adapt the 4L80E to these trucks? Independent controller?

Anyone know if the 92-93 Sy/Ty came with the 4L60E (like standard S10's) or did all years come with 700R4 / 4L60?? 4L60E has the fat wiring plug to control the solenoids. Need to know for a swap. Any help greatly appreciated.

Re: Engine Block So a stock Sy/Ty is still using the stock LB4 cam? What about the L35 heads Any mating probs with the Sy manifold?

Re: Engine Block So still just the 2 bolt cap in nodular iron? I have a 94 CPI engine. Will the intake bolt up or do the runners not mate up?

Does anybody know what, if any, modifications were done to the production Sy/Ty blocks? Are they stock 4.3 Vortec blocks?
