Another BS3 install

Re: Another BS3 install

Looking good Erik. The BS3 is probably the last thing I need to order for mine. Looks like you already got a red/gray Ty over there too.

What ever it takes!!
Re: Another BS3 install

I think I have been through at least 10 of those pc680s between both trucks. Once you drained them they are pretty much done.
The trick is you need to buy them local so u can swap them under warranty. I made the mistake of buying them through ebay before.

Thanks! That's Allen's Ty. He was having some starting problems so his truck got a new Hitachi starter and a new 10gauge ign wire to replace the purple wire.

I really like this PC680 battery size, but I don't think I can handle the uncertainty of it leaving me stuck somewhere. I drive my Ty on several hour trips and think highly of it's reliability

These batts only have a 30min reserve...so for YOU it would not be the ideal battery.

Still plays with trucks
Re: Another BS3 install

I burned through 3 of those 680's. They dont like to go dead and be brought back to life too many times....
