getting ready to fire up a typhoon with an XFI system ..... after finally getting all of the parts needed to plug it into the optional plug and play harness. some vendors sell the plug and play harness incomplete and then you have to call a guy and ask him to build you a circuit board to jumper the plug and play harness to the fast unit and the stock syty harness...... sounds simple but you have no idea. this is the first one of these FAST systems iv ever done. should i try building a file/tuning this from scratch? or do you guys recommend starting from some one elses syty file? anyone here runnin an XFI?

its nothing extreemly crazy..... ported vortecs, 218 cam, 67mm turbo, 75lb low Z

thanks for any advice

Given that you have a tuning background, I don't think you're going to be really happy with somebody else's tune. (With the possible exception of a couple of the Pro tuners here)

I have an xfi in my truck, but my file wont do you any good :(

It tunes pretty much the same as the old fast/speedpro system, if you have any experience with those. Im sure you could use one of the files it comes with to start from rather than from scratch.
