You guys are hilarious....He didn't want me driving cause he knows I'd get lost on the outskirts of nowhere Indiana.....Not to be confused with you shop location which is precisely in the MIDDLE of nowhere Indiana!

Sure M- dub is that what he told you?

I think honestly it's more of a driver ability issue....He knew I couldn't handle the power, so he didn't want to scare me away from the Sy/Ty world yet :D

OK, way to long on this update.

Daron had YEARS of trouble free operation from his truck, I get it and shit hits the fan. All those gremlins came out at once.

Had motor out 3 times is just ONE of the setbacks.

Good news is Monday I got the final large bug worked out, and WOW the truck has really waken up. As the tranny guy that was riding said "If you launch one more time I am going to PUKE!"

I am running the new code $59 in this truck from day 1. It is working great. Daron and I are discussing a time to get it delivered now and hopefully get it to the track for some safe tune runs.

The new suspension is a joy to drive, has coilover front and a 1 off rear. Curves and backroads take on a whole new meaning.

This building a truck, getting the bugs worked out, then delivering it and watching it go bye bye really SUCK. I say I just give him the Rat back and call it even.

Yeah...Daron and I had dinner one night this past summer here in Germany as he was beginning to decompress from his time downrange. He told me all about what you were doing to the truck. I'm thinking about this suspension setup hardcore.

I rode in the truck last night. The rear is definately ALOT better than the leaf setup that was back there. IT rides better than any other Syclone I've sat in at that ride height. I wish Daron's truck was going to be around for an Autocross next spring to see how it does. I'm confident it would do 120% better than it did last year.

I'm actually contemplating talking Jeff into a weekend with the welder on my S10 for the same setup.

Why? I thought you were selling your truck since it still runs and were going to buy a Ty. A.D.D. must suck.:chair:

I've never said I was going to sell that truck.....Thats what you keep telling me I'm supposed to do.....Ultimately I'll probably do nothing but continue to drive the wheels off it. Besides I have no garage, how can I own a Ty? Unless I want to join the "broke truck at Jeffs house club"
