Leather seats in syclone

Last week I was reading a post about custom seats and sombody with sy posted a pic of black and grey leather seats with red piping. I was wondering where you got your seats done and how much did it cost.

You probably saw seats from either Keith Gill or Gary Shanock, both in FL. They were made by Tom Argue also here in FL and he will never do them again. I believe 4 sets of seats where made from him. All are accounted for, none are for sale.

I was quoted a little over a grand for Ultra Leather last summer. I like the look of "Raffia" the best (in black of course). The pic on their webpage doesn't do it justice. Looking at the swatch in person, it looks like carbon fiber.

If you really want leather and still want it sporty go with c5 seats. I think jimmy or someone was able to get them to fit well.

I put leather seats from a 94 bravada along w the leather door pieces. The color is dark grey and matches the rest of the interior as if it came out of the factory that way

Tom is out of the seat business for a few years now. I only know of three sets, Marty, Keith Gill and myself. Who has the fourth set?

I read your first post.....I was hoping it was opinion and not destiny.....or maybe just a comment made by him. I can't tell you how many times someone says they won't anything....let a little bit of time go by.....and then they're ready. But yes....I read your post.

Those are comfortable as hell and only weight 22lbs.

I read your first post.....I was hoping it was opinion and not destiny.....or maybe just a comment made by him. I can't tell you how many times someone says they won't anything....let a little bit of time go by.....and then they're ready. But yes....I read your post.

heh, destiny. its been a few years now and ive made mention a few times about making more cause there is people who want. its either: "buy them from the ones who have them" or "no, not doing those ever again"

Well....that's a bummer....guess I'm back to the original route and finding someone local. There are plenty of shops around....just wouldv'e have been nice to have them come from the original. The corvette seats do look good.....but I would also want them recovered and shaped as well. I'm probably going to have to get aftermarket seats (if I can find some that fit) anyway due to the joker that had this truck before me made my factory seat non adjustable in any way...lol. I went to go grab Hoovers left over seats the other day....but they're gone as well. All I can say is seats are an issue for me right now....lol

I am currently having a set of all leather OEM seats made as well as the door panels with leather and red pipping. My cost is $700.00 for eveything plus twenty for the Syclone stitching. I will send pictures as soon as they come back. They are being done locally and if anyone wants a set please let me know and I will attempt to work a deal.

I had a custom shop by me do 2 tone camaro bucket seats in silver tweed and grey suede with purple piping, and they made the door panels and sunvisors to match as well. These were for my El Camino that I painted porsche violet and it cost me $1300. Custom stuff cost big bucks and I didn't even go with leather! I know it irrelevant to this thread but it's just to give you an idea on cost. If you want leather seats just throw a set of Ty seats in there! Preferably 92's! :tup:

Can anyone tell me which leather seats are somewhat of a direct and/or easy bolt in? In my Impala SS the Bonneville seats bolt right in with little modifications...I would like to put nicer leathers in my 92 Typhoon.
