led dash lights how to with part numbers?

Several years ago, I thought 92TyLA made a post about this. I used the search, and I scrolled through all his posts. But I could not find it. I even tried Google. I am looking for the "How To" with pics and part numbers to change out all the bulbs in my cluster. Does anyone know the link, or have a link to what I want. Also does anyone sell a complete SyTy led dash kit?

I use super bright led.com. I have both trucks all LED. Many of the bulbs are 194. I think the smaller ones are 175? But I'm not really sure.

There is a wide variety of bulbs available. From single led to multi. Multi diode cost more but are very bright. Single diode are cheaper and give you the same feel. Check superbright led out.

i should add that since I've changed out mine three years ago, one of the lights has gone out and another blinks as I drive. Spend a bit more and get good quality LEDs. It'll save you from tearing the dash apart...again.:2cents:

The delivery time you mean? About one week + some mail change prior to ordering and a few days to clear customs. You're on the same continent, so you don't need to have those.

So what should we buy instead? Or whatdid you buy and we should stay away from?

Are the sportmachines kits good quality leds? I know you can get them a lot cheaper if you buy them elsewhere, but you have no idea of the quality

I went to E-bay initially, but haven't gotten replacements for the cluster yet. The same 194's I put in the rear license lights of the Tahoe, and would only last a couple of months before they flickered and/or die completely. Those replacements were from SuperbrightLEDs. They aren't as bright as I would put in a cluster. They were $3 something a piece, but are still going strong in a daily driver for a couple of years, with hot/cold, snow etc...
It almost looks like Tom's lights have more LEDs per light, so the output would be bright.
Anyone get his kit and have longevity/bounce the crap out of them? I think that's what kills the cheap e-bay ones with breaking the PCB, solder points or wires. Mine, like most of our trucks, rides a bit rough, especially with the local roads.
