Your experience is consistent with what I expected with the ADDCO and lowered leafs. While you may not lose sleep over it, I found that contact would occur under the most inopportune times, changing the spring rate and handling dramatically. As I stated earlier I think the ADDCO is a decent bar for a stock height truck, its experiences such as yours that convinces me it is the wrong tool for the job on a lowered leaf application.
Try crawling under keith's truck sometime and take a look if you are concerned about the sway bar hitting stuff, and thats the ST bar on a STOCK ride height truck.
Again it appears that finding the right product for these trucks becomes the typical nitemare with no real good solution.
I suspect there is something additional at play in Keiths application as the ST bar is known to work well at stock heights, as well as in lowered applications. I wonder if we could cajole Keith into taking some detailed pics, see if we can get to the bottom of it.
