Ostrich and 2Timer together?

A few years ago, I bought a cheap EEPROM burner and got a handful of EEPROMs and a 2Timer from Moates. The 2Timer basically goes inline with your PROM, and by grounding a wire you can switch between two 128k programs stored on the 256k chip. The idea was that I could do a "street/strip" sort of setup, and just tie it into a little toggle switch. I did burn a double-BIN for this with different IDs and verified that it worked, but I never really got anywhere with having two separate tunes or permanently installing the toggle switch.

Last week I got an Ostrich. Rather than doing a straight replacement of my EEPROM with the Ostrich, I was thinking I might still use the 2Timer. While the Ostrich is obviously great for tweaking and tuning (while still being able to run off that setup permanently), having the 2Timer in the mix would allow me to keep the street/strip toggle. This would keep me from having to dump a new BIN into the Ostrich with a laptop.

It'll work fine. However, you won't be able to tune the "double" bin directly, unless you tweak the tunerpro xdf a bit.

You can actually do a multichip using the G3 and the moates switcher, and the ostrich.
