Well, its officially sold! I've had the truck about ten years now, its the longest I've ever owned a vehicle for. I'll be sad to see it go but look forward to the opportunities ahead. Plan is to get a nice, relatively stock Ty that I can take the family to shows and what not. The Sy is going to a good home, and the ironic part is that the new owner currently owns Sy 1178! For the OG members, that's Jesse's truck, Huryde! So now he has consecutive trucks! Lol So now, the search begins for the right Ty!

I've liked the Grey Sy since the first time I saw it.

Jamie Hacking had a smoking deal on a nice looking Typhoon but it might already be sold by now. Probably above the miles you are desiring though.

Wow Brian, gonna be sad for it to go but, this is what people should think about before they buy old raggedy Syclones that no one can fit in:rotf: J/K, hope you find a nice Ty man. I know I have thought about doing the same thing.

Yeah, the Sy was here long before the family was, but times change. We all know Syclones are faster than Ty,s, but I'll just deal with something slower for now ;). I don't think I'll ever get out of the syty gig, but I'll keep mixing things up and try out different trucks in the meantime! :tup:

Congrats on the sale. Hopefully, we'll see the truck stay in the community..it's a great example of a nicely done custom truck.

The deal actually fell through on it. Still holding his deposit, but now he doesn't want the truck. Don't know what to do.

Isn't that what a deposit is for? To hold the sale? If they change the mind then they lose the deposit? Sorry you haven't sold it - GLWS, beautiful truck.

That's exactly what it is for. I even turned down another potential sale because I thought it was sold. I don't want to be a dick to the guy but I'm also tired of looking at it sitting here. He gave me the deposit back in March, and here we are in June and its still here.
