I have a very nice set of shocks that just need the blue boots,does anyone know were i can get factory bilstein boots not aftermarket

That's cool but I am a man of principle. Doc said they were like new so I never opened them to verify. Your and my assessment of like new carries a high grade standard and they might have cleaned up great but the bottom line is the boots were ripped. I am gonna take care of this whether you like it or not

As soon as the new shocks come in, I will pull the stock ones off and make sure that the boots are OK. Let me know where you want me to start first, front or back? All you have to do is cover shipping to him. No cost other than that.

Back is easiest but whatever Brian needs first is fine (he might just want them all together?). In any event, two veterans can handle this. You PM me the cost and I will send you a personal check, along with a complimentary gift for your time, since we have done business in the past :tup:

He just needs the blue boots. Throw them in a small box OR big envelope and send them to Brian in NC. PM me the cost incurred and I will settle with you :tup:. I will PM him to PM you his address (ha). If this all works out without complication, it might be a miracle!

OK, I got the rear shocks off and to my surprise the shocks are still good. I had to compress them to remove them with 91,000 miles. As I an replacing them anyway, I will ask you 1 more time, Are you sure he wants just the boot? Last chance before I remove the boot.

Boots going out tomorrow via Priority Mail. You will need to clean them up as they are a little dirty :rotf:. I included 2 tie-wrap like the stock ones and 2 black ones if you want to be different. OK , they are on the way. I had to fill out a form stating what they were and what they were made of. Then I had to fill out a form saying they were non toxic, because I didn't want to open the box and reseal and get new labels for it. The charge wasn't too bad just $50.00 with the hazardous waste clean up fee if they drop it and the box opened up.:tup: We'll talk later.
