s/c term dyno'd @ 650 whp vs. 2 3800 fieros vs a lightly modded 10s 600 (I'm friends with all of them)
I don't think much was done to that cobra to get it to those power levels, just a pully/tune/cam. just a fun thing to throw in

I can't count the times that I've been at the track and seen a car go way slower than it should because of the driver. 16 second LS2 GTOs, 15 second Evos, etc. Guy probably couldn't drive. So go crawl back under your rock.

lol my 03 stock with a crappy 2.26 sixty foot went 12.9/111mph a bunch of times. Put a drop in kn filter, off road x pipe and welded up some mufflers tossed some shitty nitto dr's on and clicked off 1.8 sixties with 12.4 to 12.6 times. Can't remember the mph though then eventually put a pulley on the car and a few other small things but never ran it at a track after that because I got scared of breaking the half shafts in the IRS and ended up selling it. I only sold it due to insurance cost and not wanting to daily drive it but plan to pickup another one soon
I'd say with a good driver a stock terminator is a 12.7 car in this area.
And Mike I totally believe that you raced and beat a terminator I wasn't saying you didn't at all. I was just getting at the fact that they aren't chump change from a roll

Pretty sure all termi's are s/c lol. Some are turbo now but not factory. 650 with a termi is prob more then just pulley and a cam. Sounds like prob a KB blower most likey not the stock one. Stock blowers and changing the upper and lower pullies will get them to around 500+ or so but not 650 to the wheels. Exceptions can be made ofcourse with all cars- dyno's, weather ect but still. They are rated at 390 to the crank not the wheels. so that much of a gain would be alittle more then just cam and pulley. Keep in mind i have owned two termis also lol.

I have owned two termi's but still they are 13 second cars stock form.
Dr's on any rwd car will change it's et alot. I went 12's in the stock gto on dr's lol. I still have yet to see a fully stock termi trap 111 mph in the 1/4th though. Just what i have seen in person and vids. Again the DA is different everywhere so maybe in NJ or H town were the DA is neg then anything can happen.
Dont get me wrong i loved my termi's just got a good offer to sell them and plus I am a big guy so i moved on to the gto and g8. I have the sy's but they are for just short burst of fun. One termi was stock the other had a KB, ford 9 inch and other mods so I have seen first hand the difference is mods make on the car.

Apparently neither is my TY:lol: Like Overkill said, it has been cold, it was probably 25* that night and my truck felt like a freak. I was about 20-22psi. Today it was about 45* and I was running 18-19psi. I need to adjust my controller to run 25psi, tune it and have it ready on tap for temp changes. Still it's bad ass though even at 19psi from a roll. I had a little play time on the highway on the way home from Denver tonight but I dare not post about it, no one would believe me anyway:tup:

Yeeeep. That was me. I'll never forget it, I ran 15.2 @ 85. Embarrassing as hell. I think I had like a 2.2 60', had no clue what the hell I was doing. My back glass opened up when I launched and the kid that gave me my slip was schooling me that I am supposed to keep it closed:roll: But it just got better and better.

I don't get how this turned into such a pissing contest? My best friend has an 04 cobra that I did every mod on and we've been too the track after each one. Bone stock it ran 13.2's @106 on street tires/12.9's on DRs. I put a pulley on it, lower heat exchanger, off-road xpipe, magnaflow exhaust, ported Throttle body, short shifter, adjustable clutch cable, and rear diff brace. The computer was reflashed by JDM. The best he could get it to run was 12.06 at 116mph. He never could get "perfect run" but I'd say mid 11.8's were feasible.
I've raced him in my Ty on and off the track, from a dig and from a roll and he has yet to beat me. I'm sure if we raced passed 120mph I'd be a sitting duck but from 45 - 110mph he's not running me down. Plus I've yet to see anyone in a termi actually know how to drive one. Ever watch pinks? Pass time? See that guy trying to show off on the highway? I believe Mike, not a far fetched account.

Dec. '91, Gulfport, Ms. dragstrip. Very first pass. 1.81 60' and 13.55 @ 99 mph 1320' and it was one week old and bone stock.
Week 2, changed the thermostat from 195 to 160, along with the neutral, brake, rev trick, 1.79 60' and 13.38 @ 98 mph 1320. Don't know why the mph slowed down.
Week 3, changed the chip, still pump gas, 1.78 60' and 12.97 @ 105 mph 1320.
