Typhoon #1215 Mods

Code what?
I'll be using the same PTE-72 GTQ with the SyTy Exhaust housing. I sold my downpipe and got a new flange to have Sound Performance fab me a pipe. I don't have a inspection here. Just OBD scan for cars up to 96'

I forgot to ask, what is the front hole on the fender for? That's what I was hoping, that you where doing this using the SYTY PTE housing. Looking forward to the wastegate/downpipe setup

Coming out great, Sean. When you get done with yours, you can start on my Typhoon next, since I never have time for it.

Looking forward to seeing yours someday.

Got my 4L80e built from my local trans shop that built my 700r4 to hold into the 10s. I supplied them with a Jakes Performance Stage 3 Kit with the Billet Input shaft. They also installed the Sonnax Short Shift shaft and Sonnax PR Valve. All the Sensors and wiring was replaced and they were nice enough to Paint it! Installed John's Billet Adaptor and Mocked up the Billet Circle D converter.

Sweet Sean!

Could be worse, you could have been total fool like me and done this to your truck

So thankful I woke and did something nice with it. But I have learned a fender really is just a fender. They're cheap too!

Painted the Trim Ring Satin Black to give it more of a Stealth look. The Stainless button head allen screws really make it Pop, reminds me of a Fighter jet with Rivets for the panels.

Matt!! I'm glad you're back. I know you're just messin, the Exhaust isn't for everyone, just a fender anyways. Plus it's already aftermarket.

On a Serious note, I'm ready to teach an old dog some new tricks. :rotf: Let 2017 be the year for some super fast trucks.

Received my Stef's pan after 6+ weeks. Was the last piece I've been waiting for so I can finally install this Bad Boy.

Re: Typhoon #1215 Mods

The Stefs pan holds 7 quarts to help keep things cool. Also helps keep Oil from splashing on the crank to reduce friction. Has a trap door so the pump doesn't starve, also you don't have to beat the heck out of the pan like you do the stock pan for rod clearance.

Re: Typhoon #1215 Mods

I've seen about three of those pans used, it seems I am the only one whose didn't fit. I had to remove the screen, the trap door and grind away some of the pan rail. Looking good.

Good info, either way, it's a great looking pan
