The rear caliper weights 2.2 lbs with the parking brake caliper weighing only 1lb. The hat weighs 1.5lbs with the rotor weighing 8lbs. I have not compared it to the stock drums yet but it is much lighter than stock and much lighter than the baer kit. Those are flex o forms leaf springs.

I haven't done one of those races but I have done a lot of track events at verious road race tracks in Michigan. Most of them with my civic Si but I did take the sy out a lot when I put the suspension on. It was a lot of fun to smoke everything there, I can't wait till it is back on the road.
