Kids Events!

Yes, there WILL be kid-oriented events at NATS this year! Some of the things that we're hoping to have for the little ones is:

1. Big Wheel 60' Drag races
2. Blow up bouncy thing
3. water balloon catch (parent/kid)
4. egg on spoon relay race (parent/kid)
5. SyTy face painting
6. Power Wheels auto cross
7. SyTy Paint Scheme

all events will earn prizes for the kids and for the proud parents!


Everyone...we need some big wheels and power wheels to be brought. So please, if you have room in your vehicles and own these items please bring them along. We're also planning a special kid overall prize, so make sure you bring a kid that's ready to compete!


Also, we could also use a sponsor for the kid's events...if someone/multiple persons would like to donate $25, $50, $75 or $100 to this cuase, we will be able to make the kids events extremely special!

Great News! We've received $100 donation for sponsoring the kid events! The kid awards will be great thanks to this. This doesn't mean you can't still pitch in if you want though!

I'd like to see the kids design a paint scheme to put on a sy/ty..

print out some "wireframe" views of sy/tys and let some of the kids color them in.. if they win they get a framed sy/ty poster or something along those lines, bring out the artistic talent and imagination some of these kids have.

Blindfold autocross, kids on 3 wheelers autocross with blindfolds, parents trying to tell them which direction to go.

Mike i want to send some funds to assist with the kids event. Please tell me where to send the funds. They will be coming from paypal. Also i will be bringing my daughters power wheel so they can drive it around. This will make it easier for me to be honest. Dont have to break my back and carry them all the time. :tup:
