And you all thought this subject had died down! I wanted to let you know I just put one of the magazines on eBay :

I am hoping you have all gotten as many copies as you needed by now and wanted to give a broader visibility to the fact that the Marlboro made the magazine. Just in case there are any owners that don't regularly read the forum they might like knowing the magazine is in the bookstores right now.

P.S. I sold my Sy last month to a great guy from Montana. Still love the trucks and visit the forums as often as I can. Would still love to meet with the NW Sy/Ty group if an event forms.

Something kinda cool, my little brother saw this issue in a gas station on the way back from Waco and grabbed it for me. He didn't even know I had been looking for it. If he gets his hands on enough money, he might be a member of the Sy/Ty family as well. He's a year from having his license and he's really into cars. His favorite is the '55 Chevy pickup body so he has an appreciation for the pickup heritage and he's a GM fan. I think all he's lacking is money and the license. I just thought it was cool that he snagged me a copy. :tup:

Looks good. i'm going to have to do that to one my copies. I was trying to think of a way to mount it anyways.

Just so everyone knows, the issue is out now with a few positive responses from a few of us on the board, including myself.
Keep supporting Hemmings, they truely do support us. The staff has been more than helpful and very professional when speaking/emailing them.
