This is from the bayfront cruise in Erie Pa. Its on monday nights and gets 300-500 cars attending. On this night my friend from NY came in his SGT. Im the only SY that shows up. I wish that everyone close would show up all on one night, I get alot of strange looks & questions from most of the other cruisers that have no Idea what a syclone is.

Nothing spectacular, but did some work on it today and figured I'd take a picture. I think this is the first time that I have seen the front of the truck in a year or so.

It's a 92.

92's have silver emblems and escutcheons.

93's gold emblems no escutcheons.

92's had Typhoon seats.

93's had Jimmy SLT seats.

BTW is that cladding shiny or matte? I'm kinda high and drunk,can't really tell. :haha:

I'm leaning towards matte,just because it is painted plastic vs painted metal. :dunno:

FWIW Y'all look at the fuct up placement on the tailgate emblems.You find a '92 like that you know it's legit,that is factory fresh '92 gheyness.

92's are REAL Typhoons.They changed them in '93 to appeal to the fat bald headed Magnum PI molestache fags with $ guys.

That's why '93's are gay.

It was neat seeing those pics of that fresh '92 I agree, the 92 is the REAL, original SUV version of the Syclone. They are each a one year time offer of the real deals. Luckily the Typhoon got another year of production:tup:

Oh I remember hearing that they cut the 93s production short because 92s wouldn't stop getting traded in for the latest worlds class sportsmacheine combined with more quality of the original GMC Truck.:lol:

Funny, the car show Typhoon does not have the GM Truck and Bus Division sticker on the edge of the driver door, you know the one with the red Blazer/Jimmy in the center.
