I had all the intentions in the world of going but due to the weather I had to work the whole weekend. Im sure Jay "1643Typhoon" would have went but his truck is in the shop still. and I hadnt heard from Tommy wether or not he was def going but ill try next time.

well.... i guess im glad I didnt miss too much :roll: literally.

I guess this is as good a time as any to put everyone on notice that come 2006, im not doing jack shit any longer. Ive already asked Eric if he wanted to run NASTE, but he said he's gonna be too busy. Not sure who else would like the job (torture) of doing this crap but if youre looking for punishment and disappointment, then by all means step up to the plate and let me know.

Ill be getting the rest of the shirts out shortly. I got a PM recently about some "flaws" in the shirts too, so now I have to check them all before I send any out, but it will get done SOON.

I guess Ill be back to NJ on Friday, so dont look for any answers to PMs till then.

Read it again Mike, maybe you'll get it the 2nd time around. 20 people put there name on the list and 6 showed up. That's what I'm getting at. If you can't go don't put your name on the list. I drove three and a half hours and used a sick day because I work weekends (and that's why I don't go to every meet) Drive up to Dave & Busters in March, oh wait, that's right, you don't do any events in NY. Must be too far. And I guess your escalade doesn't come out in the snow either.

Hey Tom, I don't think you saw my name in this thread that I was coming. I've done more events this year then you have in the last five. When I come I like to bring my best (Syclone). But sometimes I even manage to bring both my trucks. Don't wanna drive the Escalade and your right NY is too far for a half day event. But I drove it to the Nats, did you? Just because you were able to make it doesn't mean everyone could or wanted too. Shit happens. I was joking in the post but obviously YOU are upset the turn out wasn't what you expected.

there is plenty to do in the philadelphia area. Just don't make it the only thing you plan to do, like me, and it makes it worthwhile even if the turnout is low. Its a 4hr trip each way from where i live....and i'm not even a naste member :lol: i'm not bitching about it :roll:

sucks you're burnt out from it. don't blame you. its a shitload to take care of. Maybe if one person handled shirts, one person handled _____, etc...divvy up the responsibility and it wouldn't be so exhausting. :2cents:

Sorry to hear that, I hope someone can pony up and take it over. Unfortunatly there seems to be a dying interest in these trucks. Alot of people have sold their rides and others are tired of working on them.
