Re: Rear bracket for CS144 alternator IIRC the CS144 is plug and play. Same plug, should be able to go back if you need to. I went AD244 myself

Re: Engine questions? .028 for stockish till you start boosting then tighten up to .025. Stock plugs for stock heads

Re: Engine questions? Do all the reliability mods to it first. Good silicone vac kit if it hasnt been done yet, good ignition system, check that distributor. Whats the fuel pump? Stock regulator? You need the supporting mods before you start boosting.

re: Syclone Misfiring I had to replace my whole distributor. The magnets in the pickup were all cracked and rusty. Make sure to inspect yours

Re: rear window button Mine does the same from the dash. Will open with the remote tho. I think resistance builds up in the switch. Jump it out with a good gauge wire?

Re: Full front suspension kit Buy loaded control arms for sure. Saves much work, plus you probably need bushings too and that requires a press. Change out the torsion bar mounts. I rebuilt mine and I found I had a real bad front hub bearing. Check everything before you order parts.
